Here are some haikus that I have written.

Torrential Floods
Torrential waters
Fury from violent skies
Ripping lives apart.
Silver Moon
Big round silver moon
In the infinite velvet
Perfect night for dreams
Lone Yacht
Lone yacht on the sea
Two white triangles moving
Into the vast blue
Face in the Mirror
Face in the mirror
Older and wiser than I
Are you really me?
Little Bird
Fragile little bird
Flapping your wings in great flocks
Whipping up strong winds
Black & White
Seeing black and white
In our multi-coloured world
You miss the rainbow
Lockdown 2020
Every day I wake
Somehow in the same old day
Just a day older
Squirrels
Contentedly watch
Determined squirrels planting
Tomorrow’s forests.
Leaves
Like autumnal leaves
Falling into a torrent
We struggle to float.
Thinker
Think incisively
Unbound by words of today
You’ll find the future
Wolves
The lone wolf is weak
Cooperating in packs
Conquer fearsome foes
Disquieting Sea
Disquieting sea
Our gentle, watery womb
Our turbulent tomb
Air Travel
Air travel today
No poem is bad enough
To capture the pain
